&lt;p&gt;In addition to providing first class training we also offer competency assessment for Qualifications in Scottish/ National Vocational Qualifications (S/NVQ).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Some of your workforce may be trained and have a Red trainee CPCS cards (which has a 2 year limit), it`s mandatory to complete the S/NVQ to transfers the red card to a Blue Competence card. We can help you with our skilled, experienced assessors who will guide them through the process as quickly as possible.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You may already have a highly experienced workforce who you trust and rely on to get the job done but often these workers don`t have the necessary qualifications to gain access to some sites. A vocational qualification is an effective way to prove competence.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You do not need to hold a red CPCS card or complete a CPCS course to enrol for a Vocational Qualification in any of the subjects listed below.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A vocational assessment combines your employees knowledge and experience which in-turn proves the required competence of the individual to gain their qualification.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Our skilled, experience assessors will help them all the way.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The general steps to a Vocational Qualification are: An Assessor visits your staff on site and identifies the skills they already have during an Induction.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The assessor develops an action plan to fill any skills or knowledge gaps to complete your S/NVQ. Typically, the whole process takes approximately 6 months, depending on the experience.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Available S/NVQs: Appointed Person Level 4, Crane Supervisor Level 3, Slinger/ Signaller Level 2 and Crane Operations (Mobile) Level 2. You can download information regarding the S/NVQs in the Download section.&lt;/p&gt;
